At Ove, we’re passionate about supporting schools in delivering trusted, age-appropriate education around periods and puberty. We provide free medically-reviewed posters, flyers, and digital resources that help normalise conversations and empower students with the knowledge they need to feel confident and informed.
We offer interactive school talks and online webinars tailored to students aged 8–17. These sessions are designed to be engaging, inclusive, and informative, covering everything from understanding the menstrual cycle to busting common myths. Empowering Period Education: Ove School Talks

At Ove, we deliver engaging and age-appropriate menstrual health talks for students aged 8–16. Our interactive in-school sessions are designed to break down stigma, build confidence, and equip young people with medically reviewed, practical knowledge about puberty and periods.

 

We cover everything from period facts and myths to product guidance, female anatomy, and Q&As — all in a supportive, relatable way.
